Our property management call service is designed specifically for Apartment Communities. We invented the service to make it easy for you to manage daytime and evening calls. In addition, our sophisticated answering service allows for cascading emergency call dispatching; our property management call service will exceed your expectations.

Daytime Greeting Example:

Thank you for calling Mirador Apartments; we are in the office but unable to take your call. Please select from the following options. For community information, press 1. For the leasing office manager, press 2. For the non-emergency service line, press 3. To reach our emergency maintenance line, press 4. Thank you for calling Mirador Apartments.

Evening Greeting Example:

Thank you for calling Mirador Apartments; we are currently closed. To help us meet your needs, please select from the following options. For community information, press 1. For the leasing office manager, press 2. For the non-emergency service line, press 3. To reach our emergency maintenance line, press 4. Thank you for calling Mirador Apartments.

Dispatching:

 

Non-Urgent Messages will be transcribed and emailed to the leasing manager. 

Urgent Messages will be transcribed and texted to the Maintenance staff on call for the day. They will also receive a phone call to ensure they received the message. If nobody responds to the urgent message, we can escalate the message to the backup staff member. 

Scheduling: On-Call schedules and be managed by logging into our online portal.
